In this role you will be responsible for owning Ansell’s B2B marketing strategy and end-to-end delivery for the UK, while creating the central framework used by international markets. The role has full accountability from insight, planning and proposition development through campaign execution, local-market adaptation, optimisation, and performance evaluation. It supports wholesalers, large and small contractors, installers, and channel partners, ensuring activity is coordinated, commercially relevant and consistently delivered across markets.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Develop and own the UK B2B marketing strategy, budget, campaign plan and channel calendar.
- Translate sales, product, stock and customer priorities into clear propositions and integrated campaigns.
- Lead go to market planning for product launches, category initiatives and wholesaler activity.
- Develop contractor and installer engagement programmes, sales enablement, distributor support and channel content.
- Create central B2B campaign frameworks, messaging, core assets and measurement standards that can be adapted internationally.
- Manage and develop the International Marketing Coordinator or Executive, setting clear priorities and reviewing local plans and results.
- Work closely with UK Sales, Product and Commercial teams to ensure marketing addresses the needs of a market.
- Maintain the B2B and international sections of the shared marketing calendar and resolve dependencies with the other leads.
- Approve B2B activity for technical accuracy, commercial relevance, brand consistency and channel suitability.
AGENCY & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
- Directly manage B2B PR, content, digital, campaign and production agencies within the agreed supplier model.
- Write complete briefs covering the commercial objective, audience, proposition, deliverables, budget, timing and KPIs.
- Run agency reviews and work in progress meetings, manage approvals and hold suppliers accountable for quality and deadlines.
- Track budgets, retainer use, delivery performance and commercial results across UK and centrally commissioned international activity.
- Avoid duplicated scopes and ensure every supplier provides source files, access, rights and transparent reporting.

- Consistently secure the best value for marketing goods and services by sourcing and evaluating multiple supplier quotations.
- Assist in the effective management and monitoring of the annual marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

- Ensure GDPR and privacy compliance across digital activity, particularly within email marketing and data collection strategies.
- Stay up to date with digital governance policies and platform advertising standards.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Regulations at all levels through facilitating and planning training, communication, risk assessments and audits.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels, ensuring regular communication with Managers, Sales and Accounts Team and support functions.

- Educated to degree level
- Substantial B2B marketing experience in a channel or distribution-led environment.
- Strong product marketing, proposition and go to market capability.
- Experience supporting wholesalers, contractors, installers or comparable professional audiences.
- Proven agency, budget and integrated campaign management.
- Strong leadership, commercial judgement and ability to work closely with Sales and Product.
- Ability to multi-task managing numerous projects and personnel
- Must be comfortable managing content management and PIM systems.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing functions
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Effective Presentation Skills must be able to communicate with stakeholders.
