At Ansarada, we believe AI will fundamentally change how high-performing teams work. We see it as mission-critical to how businesses scale, make better decisions, and create more value for customers. We're on a journey, which makes this an exciting opportunity for someone who wants a front-row seat. If you're curious, adaptable, and excited by the idea of using new tools and technology to work smarter, move faster, and help build what's next, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your renewals: manage a portfolio of customers and play a key role in driving renewals, retention, and long‑term customer value. You'll proactively engage customers throughout their lifecycle, helping ensure they achieve successful outcomes and continue growing with Ansarada.
  • Build strong customer relationships: develop strong relationships with customers across industries and regions by understanding their goals, workflows, and evolving business needs. You'll combine technology, AI‑enabled insights, and genuine relationship‑building to navigate renewal conversations and deliver a seamless experience.
  • Work at both scale and depth: manage a broad portfolio while delivering thoughtful, proactive engagement. You'll balance operational efficiency with meaningful relationship‑building, helping customers realise value from the platform and driving strong renewal and retention outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Go‑To‑Market teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, influence account strategies, support renewals, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement, improve adoption, and deliver greater value across the customer lifecycle.
  • Help us evolve: we value curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement. You'll be encouraged to bring ideas forward, improve processes, and help evolve how we scale renewals and customer success within a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a SaaS environment, ideally in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Renewals, or another customer‑facing role.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Interested in technology and excited about the opportunity AI creates for teams and businesses.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and build a career in a fast‑moving global SaaS company.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • AI fluency: You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily — for account research, outreach drafting, and feedback synthesis. You prompt for real output: renewal summaries, customer value narratives, churn risk assessments, and upgrade proposals. You know where AI sharpens your instincts — and where your empathy and persistence still win. You share what works and you’re always looking for what’s next.

Mindset

  • Customer-first — you genuinely care about helping customers get value, not just closing renewals.
  • Commercially driven — you think in revenue and retention, not just activity.
  • AI‑curious by default — always looking for a smarter, faster way to work your portfolio.
  • Resilient and positive — you bounce back fast and keep moving.
  • Fast learner who shares the wins (and the lessons).

Success in this role looks like

  • Retention: churn reduced across owned subscriptions.
  • Expansion: upgrade and cross‑sell opportunities identified and converted.
  • Timing: renewal conversations happening at the right moment, not too late.
  • Insight: structured customer feedback reaching the teams that can act on it.

Why join us?

  • Own your own book of business.
  • Join as the second Renewals hire in the region and help shape the function locally.
  • Learn from an experienced global team.
  • Gain exposure to Customer Success, Sales, and commercial account management.
  • Develop the skills needed to build a long‑term career in SaaS.
