We’re not looking for someone who’s planning to try AI one day. We’re hiring someone who already uses it to run sharper campaigns, build better briefs, and turn market activity into pipeline — and who wants to keep pushing that edge in one of the most commercially accountable marketing roles in the business. This is a senior field marketing role owning demand generation across UK, Middle East, and Africa. You’ll sit at the intersection of ABM, field marketing, and strategic events — accountable for pipeline, not just activity. AI is how you’ll do more of the work that matters, with less of the noise.

How AI changes this role

  • You don’t just run campaigns. You drive pipeline.
  • The best field marketers used to spend days on briefing documents, content drafts, event logistics, and post-campaign reporting. In this team, AI compresses that work — so you spend your time on strategy, relationships, and the creative decisions that actually move the market.

Campaign planning: strategy first, admin later

  • Use AI to synthesise market intelligence, map account landscapes, and build ABM campaign briefs in a fraction of the time — so you’re spending your energy on the insight and positioning, not the document.

Content and communications: from blank page to first draft, fast

  • AI generates first drafts for event invitations, post-event follow-ups, sponsorship proposals, and campaign copy — so you’re editing and refining, not starting from scratch every time.

Event delivery: tighter execution, fewer gaps

  • From run-of-show documents to stakeholder briefing packs and post-event recaps, AI helps you build and manage the operational layer of events faster — so your attention stays on the room, the relationships, and the experience.

Performance reporting: insight without the hours

  • AI synthesises pipeline data, campaign performance, and event ROI into clear reporting — so you can walk into revenue conversations with a story, not just a spreadsheet.

What you’ll do

  • Own regional demand generation.
  • Develop and execute a field marketing strategy across UK, Middle East, and Africa aligned to revenue targets.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact events — conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and relationship‑led experiences — with AI accelerating the build and admin.
  • Partner with global revenue leaders to align field programs with pipeline and client expansion goals.

Drive ABM and account engagement

  • Run account‑based field marketing initiatives for high‑value target accounts across key markets.
  • Use AI to identify engagement signals, personalise outreach, and build account‑specific content at scale.
  • Support senior stakeholder engagement before, during, and after events.

Ensure brand and performance excellence

  • Maintain consistent brand execution across all field events, webinars, and sponsorship activations.
  • Track, analyse, and report on field marketing performance — including pipeline impact and ROI — using Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI‑assisted reporting.
  • Continuously optimise field programs based on data and insights.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in events, field marketing, or experiential marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of linking marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and revenue leaders.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel and support events outside standard business hours.

AI fluency

  • You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily — for briefs, copy, research, and reporting.
  • Your prompt for real output: campaign briefs, event comms, performance summaries, stakeholder updates.
  • You know where AI accelerates you — and where your judgment, taste, and relationships still win.
  • You share what works and you’re always looking for what’s next.

Mindset

  • Commercially driven — you think in pipeline, not just activity.
  • Detail‑oriented and calm under pressure — high‑stakes events don’t rattle you.
  • AI‑curious by default — always looking for a better, faster way to execute.
  • Strong collaborator who builds trusted relationships across sales, marketing, and senior stakeholders.
  • Fast learner who shares the wins (and the lessons).

Success in this role looks like

  • Pipeline → field marketing activity consistently converting to qualified opportunities.
  • Events → high‑impact experiences that land with senior dealmakers and drive post‑event engagement.
  • ABM → target accounts progressing through the funnel with marketing as a clear driver.
  • Reporting → clear, data‑backed stories on ROI that revenue leaders trust.

What’s in it for you?

  • Maxwell Leadership Program, book budget, and time to learn and grow.
  • Real AI development — tools, training, and the space to build workflows that actually change how you work.
  • Subsidised health insurance and generous paid leave (parental, birthday, community, anniversary).
  • Flexible hybrid model: 3 days in office & 2 days remote.
  • Competitive compensation and employee benefits.
