This innovative company is tackling complex technical challenges whilst executing consistently for Tier-1 customers. They are looking for a talented Program Manager to join their high-performing team and drive the planning and execution of complex projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with cross functional teams, influencing internal and external stakeholders whilst having a true impact on the full lifecycle from concept to production.
The PM organisation is visible, high profile and requires high influence. This role could suit someone who comes from an engineering background within the semiconductor space, but is looking to diversify their skills and develop into a role that brings them to the heart of projects. A great opportunity that offers a powerful combination of technical depth and strategic delivery/execution.

Main Responsibilities:
- Own project outcomes, whilst being mindful and proactive about potential risks and challenges to ensure planning and delivery are kept to the highest of standards, on time and within budget.
- Build and manage comprehensive project plans with rigor and precision, keeping close relationships with cross functional engineering teams to ensure communication, alignment and transparency at all stages.
- Interface with engineering, leadership and external stakeholders, using your influencing skills and credibility to drive decisions and support successful execution.
- Have a heavy focus on efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive meaningful, measurable improvement.
About You:
- It’s essential that you have a background in the semiconductor industry, although it doesn’t need to be specifically in Program Management. However if you do have strong PM experience this would be a major plus.
- You’ll have a degree in a relevant STEM subject, ideally electronic engineering for example.
- You’ll be a strong communicator, and not afraid to challenge and probe, but with a supportive and people focused approach. An ability to ‘bring people with you’ and influencing without dictating are great attributes for this role.
- A credible understanding of analog and digital design flows is required for this role.
