At ANS, we help organisations use technology to drive real business outcomes — and we’re growing our Enterprise Sales leadership team. We’re looking for an Industry Lead to own and scale a defined industry vertical across our Enterprise & Corporate Mid‑Market customer base. This is a senior, commercially focused role for someone who thinks like an owner, leads from the front and thrives on building markets, teams and momentum.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the strategy, pipeline and performance for your vertical
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team (4-8)
  • Drive new logo wins and expansion across existing accounts
  • Partner closely with Microsoft to maximise joint opportunities
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Pre‑Sales and Delivery to win and grow

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with consistent over‑achievement
  • Experience building and leveraging strong Microsoft partner relationships is a must
  • Formal sales training (MEDDICC, SPIN, TAS, Huthwaite or similar)
  • Strong background in solution‑led, B2B enterprise sales
  • Confident operating at C‑level with customers and partners
  • High energy, resilient and motivated by ownership and results
