What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating high‑quality meetings for our sales teams

  • Hitting your own KPIs (20 meetings booked / 10 attended monthly)
  • Supporting your team to achieve (and exceed) theirs
  • Sharing best practice and coaching SDRs to improve performance
  • Delivering ad‑hoc training sessions on sales skills and industry trends
  • Driving webinar attendance across key industries
  • Working with the SDR Manager to shape and launch monthly campaigns
