Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about supporting fast‑paced sales teams? We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to play a pivotal role in enabling our Sales organisation to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will provide vital administrative, analytical, and operational support that empowers our Sales teams to focus on what they do best — building relationships and driving growth. In this varied and impactful role, you'll support multiple stakeholders across Sales, Pre‑sales, Marketing and Business Operations.

You will:

  • Improve data quality and drive the effective use of our D365 CRM.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, events, and win‑wires.
  • Track sales engagement and activity, strengthening the link between Sales and Marketing.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Sales teams.
  • Liaise with customers to complete required documents, including Purchase Orders.
  • Manage customer engagement forms and ensure smooth handover to Project Management.
  • Produce ad‑hoc analysis and reporting for Sales leaders and teams.
  • Act as the primary support contact for sales colleagues.
  • Assist Sales with CRM challenges related to quoting, contracts, and opportunities.
  • Partner with the SDR team to ensure strong CRM data discipline.
  • Support the Project Management team during peak periods (e.g., month‑end, quarter‑end).
  • Assist Account Managers with customer communications on an ad‑hoc basis.

  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
