Role Purpose
Drive expansion into the UK SMB market with our award‑winning products and services. The role requires a customer‑obsessive approach, empathy and the ability to position the right tech product.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 70 accounts within the SMB sector.
- Deliver outstanding customer service responsively and passionately.
- Demonstrate consultative sales techniques, objection handling, and conflict resolution.
- Hit performance‑related KPIs and sales targets.
- Upsell and cross‑sell relevant products to your client base.
- Maintain regular communication structures with clients, including service and commercial reviews.
- Proactively renew contracts.
- Ensure solutions and products sold are fit for purpose.
- Serve as a point of escalation for clients where needed.
- Reduce client churn by ensuring clients feel valued.
- Advising clients on products that improve business efficiency and reduce risk as a strategic partner.
- Build and develop key relationships with influencers and decision makers.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing medium/large sized businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders at a high level.
- Experience creating and executing key account management plans.
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and challenge a client’s technology stack to deliver results.
- Strong face‑to‑face presentation skills.
- Passion for developing and growing within the role.
- Confidence in building relationships across multiple levels quickly and successfully.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation ability.
