About the Role
The purpose of the role is to support the Returns Team, undertaking any duties necessary for the efficient operation of the department.
This includes checking and booking-in returned items and completing the associated paperwork.
- What you will be doing in this role
- Book-in returned products into the warehouse using the in-house computer system.
- Check the condition of the returned stock, ensuring items are placed on the correct shelves.
- Answer enquiries by phone and email when necessary, in a courteous and professional manner.
- Generate RA numbers including all the appropriate information.
- Ensure that all goods-in are logged before the end of the business day, where possible.
- Verify the condition of the products and credit or re-dispatch if required.
- Transfer stock to the correct locations in the Warehouse.
- Adhere to all company procedures with respect to timekeeping, health and safety, staff attitude and discipline.
- Undertake all training required by Nimans, to develop in the role as necessary.
- Any other duties necessary for the role to meet the departmental objectives.
