At ANS, we’re all about enabling our people to do their best work, and this role sits right at the heart of that. We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to empower our Sales and Customer Success (CSU) teams to operate smarter, faster, and more consistently. You’ll be the bridge between Sales Operations and Enablement, making sure our teams have the right tools, processes, training, and insights to drive predictable growth and brilliant customer outcomes.
If you love improving how teams work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and get a buzz from seeing people succeed, you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Enablement & development: Design and deliver enablement frameworks across onboarding, role readiness and ongoing development. Get new starters sales and CSU ready from day one, with structured, engaging onboarding. Partner with Sales & CSU leaders to embed the right learning pathways and support.
- Process & performance: Optimise end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes—making them scalable, compliant, and easy to follow. Act as the connector between Sales, CSU and leadership to identify friction and drive meaningful improvements. Champion a “right first time” culture across teams.
- Tools, data & governance: Drive adoption and best practice usage of Dynamics 365, improving pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy. Lead on governance across Sales Operations and CSU—including audits, process flows, risk registers and business impact. Ensure product and service launches are fully enabled and embedded into how our teams work.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops or Revenue Operations.
- A strong understanding of the sales and customer lifecycle.
- Proven success in process optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Confidence influencing stakeholders and driving change.
- A passion for building capability and helping people perform at their best.
- Strong attention to detail, governance and documentation standards.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce).
- The ability to stay organised and focused in a fast-moving environment.
The kind of person you are:
- Naturally curious, you’re always asking “how can we make this better?”
- A strong organiser who can juggle priorities without losing sight of the detail.
- Collaborative and approachable, you build relationships easily.
- Analytical and solutions-focused.
- Passionate about creating structure, clarity and consistency.
