At ANS, we’re all about making things happen, for our customers and our people. We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team and play a key role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the go-to support for our Sales team, helping them stay focused on what they do best—supporting customers and closing opportunities.
  • Improving data quality and driving best practice use of our CRM (D365).
  • Supporting sales and marketing campaigns, events, and activity tracking.
  • Keeping a close eye on sales engagement and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Managing key sales admin tasks to keep deals moving smoothly.
  • Liaising with customers to complete purchase orders and key documentation.
  • Supporting customer engagement forms and handovers into Project Management.
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting and insights for Sales leaders.
  • Helping resolve CRM-related queries (quotes, contracts, opportunities).
  • Partnering with SDRs to ensure strong, consistent CRM data input.
  • Supporting order processing during peak periods (month-end, quarter-end).
  • Assisting Account Managers with customer communications when needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working in a sales or fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent organisation skills – you’re great at juggling priorities.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, “can do” attitude and team-first mindset.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and keep everyone aligned.
