The role
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insight? At ANS, we’re looking for a Marketing Data Executive who can help us elevate our marketing and sales performance through smarter, cleaner, and more connected data. This is a key role within the internal Team Of The Year, driving in the continued growth of a market leading, award winning Tech transformation business at the forefront of the AI revolution in UK business. When you join us, you’ll also receive your own Copilot licence, ensuring you’re fully immersed in our AI‑driven journey.
In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for ensuring the quality, accessibility, and strategic use of our B2B marketing data. By owning and optimising key systems such as Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), you’ll play a central part in driving campaign success, improving lead management, and uncovering powerful insights that fuel business growth of Microsoft’s Partner of the Year.
What will I be doing?
- Responding to data requests from marketing and sales teams with accurate, timely reports and extracts.
- Cleaning, normalising and maintaining data to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Managing data flows and integrations between Marketo and D365 to keep everything running smoothly.
- Supporting segmentation, lead scoring and campaign targeting with high-quality, reliable data.
- Monitoring data quality and proactively resolving issues before they impact performance.
- Building dashboards and reports that bring campaign performance and lead behaviour to life.
- Ensuring our data processes meet GDPR and other data protection standards.
What will I bring to the role?
- Experience in ABM campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience in marketing operations or data management, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Understanding of marketing automation and broader marketing operations is a real bonus.
- Excellent Excel skills, with familiarity in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data normalisation and governance.
- A sharp analytical mindset, great attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
