Role Overview
The Lead Auditor supports the maintenance and improvement of ISO-based management systems and the Integrated Management System (IMS). The role covers compliance areas including information security risk, business continuity, incident service quality, environmental and partner management. It involves managing related policies, processes and procedures while promoting compliance awareness across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor ISO-aligned internal management systems.
- Plan and conduct internal audits; assist with external audits.
- Update and manage compliance policies, procedures and documentation.
- Deliver compliance training and promote standards awareness internally and externally.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and support client compliance queries.
- Track and resolve non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
- Support GDPR risk management and access control requirements.
- Oversee systems for business continuity, environmental, service, information security and quality management.
- Complete partner audits and external data centre audits.
- Assist with certifications (e.g. PAS 2060, SECR, PCI DSS, CE SOC 2).
