Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

  • Monitor office supplies and manage supplier relationships.

  • Support senior management with operational and reporting tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or administrative management role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience within recruitment, healthcare staffing, or employment agencies is desirable.
