We offer intelligent Machine Learning and AI driven traffic management software capabilities for UAS Traffic Management (UTM) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations like “Flying Cars”.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead an international, distributed team of software developers.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions interoperable with global aviation standards.
- Prepare and review technical proposals and documentation.
- Stay abreast of emerging aviation technologies and industry trends; experiment and encourage innovation within the team.
- Represent ANRA in technical discussions with customers, industry groups, standard development organizations, and government entities.
- Travel occasionally for project support, customer meetings, and speaking engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product delivery.
- 5+ years in technical project management, technical consulting, or engineering roles.
- Proven experience managing technical projects using Agile methodologies; experience with Scrum frameworks is a plus.
- Skilled in presenting and reviewing results with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
- Proficient with Google Suite and project management tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Aviation or drone industry experience is a plus.
