Con i Bambini intende selezionare 3 professionisti cui conferire un incarico di consulenza di durata annuale, per l’avvio e la conseguente animazione di “comunità di pratiche”, che coinvolgano gli enti sostenuti dal Fondo per il contrasto della povertà educativa minorile. Ai candidati si richiede una comprovata esperienza pluriennale in attività di facilitazione e conduzione di gruppi di lavoro in ambito sociale.

Responsabilità

  • Avviare e supervisionare il confronto tra gli enti coinvolti nelle iniziative sostenute dal Fondo sulle strategie di intervento adottate al fine di individuare possibili azioni di interesse comune;
  • Organizzare e condurre gli incontri territoriali tra gli enti, facilitare l’individuazione di criticità operative e di buone pratiche, predisporre linee guida e reportistica divulgativa;
  • Approfondire, sulla base di quanto emerso nei gruppi di confronto, specifiche tematiche da concordare con gli uffici di Con i Bambini.

È essenziale la disponibilità ad una frequente mobilità sull’intero territorio di riferimento. Saranno inoltre previsti incontri periodici di confronto con i referenti interni di Con i Bambini presso gli uffici della stessa (Roma). Al Consulente saranno riconosciute le spese vive sostenute per tutti i sopralluoghi effettuati.

Competenze e conoscenze richieste

  • Interventi nel settore socio-educativo;
  • Metodologie di apprendimento e gestione della conoscenza;
  • Metodologie e tecniche di ricerca sociale;
  • Ciclo di progetto;
  • Redazione di report.

Sarà valutata positivamente una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Compenso

Il compenso annuale dell’incarico sarà commisurato all’esperienza e alle competenze reali possedute da ciascun candidato.
