About the Role
Anphora is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT and M&A-related projects. This role is critical to ensuring stability, clarity, and pace during complex client engagements, including post-acquisition IT stabilisation, platform migrations, and compliance programmes. You will bring structure to ambiguity and help clients move from uncertainty to control.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver IT projects from initiation through to closure
- Manage post-acquisition IT stabilisation programmes (Day-1 to 90-day horizon)
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and third-party suppliers
- Own RAID logs, plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and clients
- Support governance, SteerCo reporting, and decision-making
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and outcomes
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing IT or technology projects
- Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in M&A, carve-outs, or complex organisational change (desirable)
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile delivery approaches
