GENERAL DESCRIPTION – TASK RELATED Maintenance Tasks To ensure the following tasks as required are carried out: - Day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery Perform planned preventative maintenance tasks.
Ensuring that all logs and job sheets are filled in as required.
All reported faults are logged and acted on Check sheets filled in.
Post work sheets filled in.
Breakdowns kept to a minimum.
Sourcing and stocking spare parts Ensure replacement parts are available as required, when following the planned maintenance plan.
Maintain a list of consumables and suppliers.
Breakdowns Taking instructions from the Maintenance Manager, ensure we minimize down time during plant breakdowns at Manton Wood Mill.
Planned Maintenance Following the planned maintenance schedule and after agreement with the Maintenance Manager carry out the tasks requested to minimize breakdowns and loss of production.
