Senior Human Resources Administrator – Norwich (12‑month fixed‑term contract, 24 hours per week)
Overview
Provide high‑quality HR administration and first‑line support across the employee lifecycle in collaboration with HR Business Partners and site management.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Maintain HR and Time & Attendance systems, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Support employee relations processes, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
- Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and Learning & Development activities.
- Produce HR reports, conduct audits and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a HR generalist role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting employee relations and absence management processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards is desirable.
