Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome upon arrival.
- Assist guests at self check‑in kiosks (no front desk).
- Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals.
- Brew coffee and mix signature cocktails.
- Act as a concierge to the city – answer guest questions about attractions, dining, shopping, entertainment.
- Maintain the living room, clean the canteenM, and arrange food displays for the next shift.
- Respond to guest requests or facility issues, gaining new tech skills.
- Handle reservations and perform the nightly audit in the property management system.
- Hold and secure the property keys and manage operations during night shifts.
- Handle guest emergencies as required.

Shift Hours
- Nights: 10:50 PM – 7:10 AM.
- Rotating flexible schedule – 24/7 operation.
- Availability to work weekends required.
