We are seeking a lively and attentive Housekeeping Assistant to join our welcoming Housekeeping team at The Machrie. This seasonal full-time position runs from May to October and requires 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Work through allocated bedrooms and suites in a timely manner.
- Ensure guests always find clean and inviting accommodation.
- Follow procedures for signing keys in and out daily.
- Keep corridors and common spaces clean and clutter-free.
- Maintain clean and tidy linen cupboards.
- Follow all health and safety, manual handling and COSHH procedures.
- Assist new team members with training and development.
- Collaborate with team to support efficient operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong guest focus.
- Experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Valid driving licence (essential).
