Our Spa Therapist role

Our Swim Club therapists deliver exceptional spa treatments and create relaxing, personalised experiences for every guest.

Working closely with the Senior House Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in delivering outstanding service and genuine hospitality.

This is a part-time role, offering 16 hours per week, on a flexible zero-hours contract with working hours arranged according to business needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering a range of professional spa treatments including massage and facials to our high standards.
  • Providing personalised treatment recommendations and professional advice to guests.
  • Creating a calm and welcoming environment for every guest.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms.
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are cleaned and sterilised correctly.
  • Managing daily bookings and adapting to changing guest needs.
  • Sharing guest feedback with the Senior House Manager to help us continually improve the guest experience.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Holds NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent (BTEC or ITEC)
  • Has experience delivering spa or beauty treatments (or strong practical training)
  • Is passionate about wellbeing and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Has excellent communication and people skills
  • Takes pride in delivering high standards of service
  • Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
  • Brings a positive, warm and professional approach to the team
We are also happy to consider candidates with NVQ Level 2 who are currently working towards Level 3, as well as apprentices looking to begin their career in spa therapy.
