We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist our Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, The Living Space and The Glasshouse. You’ll be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused, and have excellent time-keeping skills that enable you to prioritise under pressure, ensuring that our guests continue to enjoy first-class, flawless service.

This is a full-time opportunity offered on a flexible zero-hours contract.

As our Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be:

  • Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse.
  • Deputising for the Restaurant Manager, when required.
  • Working with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to optimise all aspects of our food service.
  • Assisting in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team.
  • Managing guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner.
  • Helping to create a safe environment for both staff and guests, whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
