Our Swim Club therapists deliver professional treatments to guests in an environment of exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Senior House manager, you will need to have excellent communication skills as well as previous experience within a treatment's environment.

This is a full-time, salaried position based on a 40-hour work week. Flexible part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

As our Therapist you'll be:

  • Delivering a range of beauty treatments to the standards defined by the Senior House manager, within the period specified. To include but not limited to; a range of massages, a range of facials and any other treatments that are required.
  • Discussing the treatment list with guests, giving professional advice where needed.
  • Ensuring all customer feedback is passed on to the Senior House manager.
  • Helping to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the hotel's health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Keeping the treatment rooms clean and tidy (to the required standards) at all times.
  • Ensuring all the utensils and equipment are sterilised after every treatment.
  • Managing the days bookings effectively, to ensure that any changes are considered, meeting the ever-changing needs of our guests.

The skills you'll be sharing with us:

  • NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or an equivalent qualification i.e. BTEC or ITEC level 3
