We are currently seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to support our expanding global wholesale channels.
Role Overview: The Wholesale Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of our wholesale function, managing the entire lifecycle from order entry to delivery. This role ensures retail partners receive exceptional service and timely responses. The manager will collaborate closely with commercial, production, finance, and logistics teams, maintaining visibility into inventory, delivery timelines, and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage seasonal order processing across all brands using Zedonk and other relevant software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the primary liaison between wholesale partners and internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics.
- Ensure timely deliveries of goods to global stockists.
- Oversee allocation, availability, and delivery tracking for global stockists.
- Build and maintain wholesale critical paths and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor sell-through and reorders in collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Support showroom preparation, line sheet creation, and post-market order confirmation.
- Ensure all wholesale operations align with margin targets, MOQs, and delivery windows.
- Lead post-season analysis, reporting on order performance, cancellations, and operational KPIs.
- Troubleshoot order or shipping issues promptly and diplomatically.
- Maintain system accuracy for wholesale pricing, terms, and inventory management.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in wholesale operations, preferably within fashion or luxury sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Zedonk is essential.
- Strong understanding of the fashion wholesale calendar and operational workflows.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; comfortable with reporting and data insights.
- Experience working with high-end or multi-brand retailers across UK, USA, EU, and Asia.
- Solution-oriented with excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
