Job Description OVERVIEW Paid  Full time Hybrid working (London – 4 days a week in Shoreditch Office) Start asap All training & equipment included ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimise campaigns primarily across Google and Meta Ads. Working closely alongside the Head of Performance to provide high quality paid media & ecommerce service to clients in the fashion & beauty industry (premium/luxury).  By championing innovation and cross-channel collaboration, we aim to enhance campaign efficiency, support product launches, and contribute to long-term growth. A creative eye with a passion for trends & visual content to help brands grow. Experience with affiliate channels, eCommerce platforms, and feed management tools is a bonus. REQUIREMENTS Lead Paid Media Campaigns : Develop, execute, and report on outstanding paid media campaigns across both Google (Search & Youtube) & Meta. Keen focus on wider business impacts including CAC, COS & profitability.
