We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join AC.Digital. Working with AC.Dig’s premium fashion and beauty brand clients, you will build, test, and refine strategies that elevate customer experiences, drive engagement, and maximize conversions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop strategy and execute email campaigns, including promotional, trigger-based, and lifecycle emails (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, cross-sell, upsell).
- Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize results.
- Monitor retention rates and develop strategies to enhance them.
- Segment customer databases, with a strong focus on RFM analysis.
- Experience with data-driven creative campaigns or using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse data and prepare weekly performance reports based on existing templates.
- Collaborate with clients and their internal teams to execute and optimize strategies and advise on marketing calendar with relation to email marketing.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation to optimize customer retention and growth, focusing primarily on email marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1.5 years (recent) in email marketing within eCommerce or premium fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
- Mastery of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp, along with an understanding of key metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, bounce rates, etc).
- Strategic and Tactical Expertise: Experience in customer segmentation (e.g., RFM analysis), campaign testing, and creative experimentation, with the ability to propose business recommendations and oversee tactical execution.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for deriving actionable insights from customer data, A/B testing, and campaign performance metrics.
- Email Design: Familiarity with responsive email templates and the ability to either execute or brief creative teams effectively.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing calendars across 7–15 brands, coordinating with clients who provide content based on your strategy.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with copywriters and visual teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for creating personalized, engaging customer experiences tailored to individual brand needs.
