The Art Director / Graphic Designer is a highly autonomous execution-focused role responsible for translating the Creative Director’s vision into precise, refined, and consistent visual output across all brand and e-commerce touch-points. While this position does not exactly function as a creative decision-maker, it requires a high level of artistic sensitivity and understanding of the brand tonality, aesthetic codes and ability to elevate those to high standards. Delivering assets with absolute accuracy, discipline, and respect for creative direction is crucial for the position.

The role requires strong technical and organisational independence while operating within clearly defined creative leadership. This position is responsible for ensuring the brand’s visual language is executed with precision, consistency, and luxury-level quality across all channels.

  • Translate approved concepts and direction into production-ready assets across digital, e-commerce, and brand channels.
  • Maintain and update Shopify website layouts in line with brand standards and e-commerce best practices.
  • Support the Creative Director on shoot concepts through executional materials such as decks, layouts, and visual references.
  • Oversee the production and final output of e-commerce imagery, PDP assets, and digital brand expressions.
  • Create high-level graphic design, short-form video, motion assets, and GIFs for web, email, and social platforms.
  • Oversee, review, and sign off on weekly e-commerce newsletters and CRM communications from a creative perspective.
  • Oversee social media content creation, ensuring visual consistency and quality, and sign off collaboratively with the Creative Director.
  • Ensure all outputs are presented for review, feedback is implemented accurately, and final assets are approved before delivery.
  • Suggest ideas or improvements only when requested by the Creative Director, keeping the focus on execution and approved concepts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, workflows, and creative outputs.
Skill Set & Technical Proficiency
  • Strong ability to interpret and faithfully execute an established creative vision while balancing managerial and hands‑on responsibilities.
  • Experienced in leading, overseeing, and coordinating creative teams, external partners, and workflows.
  • Exceptional graphic design and visual execution skills within luxury fashion or premium consumer brands.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong video, motion, and animation skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
  • Experience producing animated assets and GIFs for digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, including layout design, asset management, and e-commerce workflows.
  • Understanding of e-commerce UX, PDP structures, and conversion‑focused design.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable implementing feedback at all stages.
  • Capable of operating autonomously while respecting creative leadership and approval processes.
