About Another Community: Another Community is a venture-backed fashion company building the brands of tomorrow. With a focus on creativity, community, and commercial excellence, our portfolio includes Donde Esteban and A.W.A.K.E. MODE.

We are looking for a Brand Assistant to support the continued growth of A.W.A.K.E. MODE across its brand, commercial, and wholesale activity.

Role Overview: As Brand Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of A.W.A.K.E. MODE across brand development and commercial operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Development, and working closely with our wholesale agency, you will help keep the brand's wholesale, sample, and market activity moving smoothly, from seasonal market preparation to retailer communication and sell-through reporting. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone with solid commercial experience in a fashion brand environment who wants broad exposure to how a contemporary luxury brand is built and scaled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of Head of Brand Development, act as the brand-side point of contact for our wholesale agency, making sure seasonal orders, product data, and pricing flow through accurately and on time across JOOR and Zedonk.
  • Support wholesale agency ahead of market by preparing line sheets, order confirmations, and seasonal selling materials, and help coordinate showroom and appointment logistics.
  • Manage the seasonal sample wardrobe and coordinate sample trafficking across market appointments, press, and e-commerce shoots.
  • Track sample loans in and out to press, stylists, buyers, and photoshoots, chasing returns and monitoring the condition of each piece.
  • Support retailer communication from the brand side, working alongside Arddun on day-to-day queries and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with Operations team and wholesale agency to track availability, allocation, and delivery timelines for global stockists.
  • Create and action reorders in collaboration with the Commercial team.
  • Support trade meeting and market preparation with data, samples, and presentation materials.
  • Keep wholesale pricing, terms, and inventory records accurate across systems, in sync with wholesale agency.
  • Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics to keep orders on track and resolve issues quickly and diplomatically.
  • Help maintain brand assets and seasonal collateral such as line sheets and lookbooks.
  • Contribute to post-season analysis and reporting on orders, cancellations, and key commercial metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a fashion brand, commercial, or wholesale support role.
  • Familiarity with JOOR and Zedonk, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports and data.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Genuine interest in contemporary and luxury fashion, and an affinity for the A.W.A.K.E. MODE aesthetic.
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams and with external partners.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • An understanding of the fashion wholesale calendar, experience working alongside wholesale agencies or showrooms, and exposure to high-end or multi-brand retailers across the UK, USA, EU, and Asia, is a plus.
