Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendor and supplier technical support activities
- Manage ATS (Assisted Technical Services) requests from initiation to execution
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to clarify work scopes and call-off requirements
- Coordinate the mobilization of Field Service Representatives (FSRs)
- Manage vendor mobilization schedules and training coordination
- Act as the key interface between project teams, offshore personnel, and vendor technical support teams
Requirements:
- 5–8 years' experience in offshore oil & gas, EPC, or FPSO projects
- Experience with FPSO new build, upgrade, modification, life extension, or redeployment projects
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
