We are looking for a new Credit Control Assistant to be based in Kendal or Blackburn.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships
- Reconcile customer accounts/contracts
- Investigate late payment issues
- Keep internal stakeholders up to date with case progression
- Work closely with other departments across the Anord Mardix & Flex Group
- Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller
Qualifications
- Experience in credit control or a similar role for 2 years
- Knowledge of credit management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills – you’re confident dealing with clients
- Attention to detail
- Eligibility to work in the UK
