Location: Kendal, Castle Mills, England.

Reporting to: CPS Operations Team Lead.

Role summary: The CPS Operations Coordinator will manage customer and subcontractor orders, oversee the CPS works calendar, write reports, order parts, coordinate site access for engineers, handle fault calls, and perform other operational duties as needed.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Arranging works with subcontractors
  • Managing the works calendar and booking service visits
  • Report writing and site work analysis
  • Ordering parts and consumables as necessary
  • Arranging site access for engineers and conducting briefings
  • Managing fault calls and warranty issues
  • Updating systems accordingly
  • Performing other operational duties as required
