Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions. We welcome people of all backgrounds and turn jobs into careers. We are looking to add a Document Controller located in Kendal OR Blackburn. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, reporting to the Head Projects.

Responsibilities

  • To edit documentation in line with LDC requirements
  • To liaise directly with end‑client Document Controllers
  • Manage time‑critical documentation and self‑manage workload
  • Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposes
  • Copy, scan and store documents
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) with direction from the team
  • Distribute project‑related copies to internal teams
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Create templates for future use
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

Qualifications

  • Ability to converse clearly and concisely with LDC and team members
  • Ability to learn and self‑manage online document platforms
  • Excellent PC, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise own workload and take initiative
  • Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives
  • High level of organisation; efficient and thorough in methods of working
  • Some travel may be required
