Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. We are looking for a new UK remote PDM/PLM Systems Administrator employee. Summary: This role will be accountable for designing, defining, and implementing system requirements for complex customer systems/products and/or preparing studies and researching existing systems prior to the transition to manufacturing for new product introduction. What a typical day looks like: Administer and support Autodesk Vault Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Business teams Support and interact with SolidWorks PDM (EPDM) and PTC Windchill environments Lead and contribute to system improvement and development initiatives Ensure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness, including structured data governance activities Support BOM, Item Master, and material master processes, ensuring alignment across engineering and downstream systems Troubleshoot CAD and PDM/PLM issues across multiple CAD platforms ( Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Eplan ) Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices Support data migration, consolidation, and standardisation efforts where required Occasional travel to site for key projects or stakeholder engagement The experience/qualification we're looking to add to our team: Proven Experience with Autodesk Vault administration Working knowledge of SolidWorks PDM (EPDM) A competitive salary and benefits package which includes: A merit-based annual pay review Enhanced annual leave Employee recognition scheme and long service awards Referral bonus Volunteer days Group Life Insurance, including a death in service payment and access to a virtual GP service 24/7 365 days a year Sick pay scheme Cycle to Work scheme Enhanced maternity/paternity leave Flexible/Remote/Hybrid Work based on your Job Function Travel opportunities (role dependent) Support in your well-being by access to Employee Assistance Programme offering free access to qualified counsellors and expert advice On-site trained Mental Health First Aiders Access to various discount programs (including food, activities, gym memberships Job Category Design, Process
