Summary:

This role will be accountable for designing, defining, and implementing system requirements for complex customer systems/products and/or preparing studies and researching existing systems prior to the transition to manufacturing for new product introduction.

What a typical day looks like: Administer and support

Autodesk Vault Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Business teams Support and interact with

SolidWorks PDM (EPDM)

and

PTC Windchill

environments Lead and contribute to

system improvement

and development initiatives Ensure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness, including structured

data governance

activities Support

BOM, Item Master,

and

material master

processes, ensuring alignment across

engineering

and downstream systems Troubleshoot

CAD

and

PDM/PLM

issues across multiple CAD platforms ( Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Eplan ) Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices Support data migration, consolidation, and

standardisation efforts

where required Occasional travel to site for key projects or

stakeholder engagement The experience/qualification we're looking to add to our team: Proven Experience with

Autodesk Vault

administration Working knowledge of

SolidWorks PDM (EPDM) & PTC Windchill Working knowledge or exposure to multiple

PDM/PLM systems

in a multi-tool environment Experience in a

multi-CAD

engineering environment Strong understanding of:

Engineering data

structures BOM

and Material Management system -

Item Master

management Data governance

and

audit processes

Demonstrated experience supporting system improvements, enhancements, or implementations Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Eligibility to work in the UK Desirable:

Experience with

ERP integration

(e.g., SAP or equivalent) Knowledge of

automation ,

APIs , or

scripting

for system customization Familiarity with engineering and

quality standards

(e.g., ISO) Exposure to

global engineering environments
