Job Summary
Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world's largest companies. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a new UK remote Senior Project Manager - Modular employee located in the UK.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead delivery across the full Modular lifecycle (design β manufacture β FAT β logistics β site integration)
- Manage multiple high-value, complex projects ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Own commercial performance, including margin, cost control, variations, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and site to ensure delivery alignment
- Oversee production planning, FAT readiness, and delivery sequencing with manufacturing teams
- Manage programme-level risks, issues, and dependencies, driving proactive mitigation and escalation
- Act as the primary client lead, managing relationships, communication, and key commercial discussions
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting aligned to business governance requirements
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, driving best practice and delivery consistency
- Capture and implement lessons learned, supporting continuous improvement across Modular delivery
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Strong commercial and financial awareness with ability to manage project profitability
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-discipline Modular projects
- Confident decision-making under pressure in fast-paced delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder and client management at senior levels
- Strong cross-functional coordination (engineering, manufacturing, site teams)
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and accountability
- Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Office)
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale Modular / skid-based projects end-to-end
- Experience managing high-value, high-risk projects and diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent complex projects
- Strong experience in commercial management, including variations and financial control
- Experience working across manufacturing, factory delivery, and site execution environments
- Possess a full clean and valid driving licence
- Eligibility to work in UK
Desirable:
- Project Management certification (e.g. APMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Leadership or people management training
