Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Electrical Site Services Supervisor located in Service Centre in Hemel Hempstead, covering sites across the UK and occasionally Europe. Reporting to the Service Centre Operations Manager, EMEA, the Electrical Site Services Supervisor role involves leading on-site installation activities, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery, and preparing systems for commissioning in line with project requirements.
What a typical day looks like:
- Supervising installation and maintenance activities on site, ensuring work is completed in line with drawings, standards, and programme timelines
- Coordinating and directing site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, right-first-time installation
- Managing and overseeing testing, interconnection, and commissioning of LV switchgear
- Monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and escalating risks or issues where needed
- Ensuring all site documentation (certificates, handover documents, testing records) is completed accurately
- Leading health and safety initiatives on site
