To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a Credit Control Assistant located in Westmorland Business Park, England.

Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Credit Control Assistant role will be part of an excellent team, whose members are strong communicators, ambitious & innovative.

What a typical day looks like:

  • You will manage customer relationships
  • You will reconcile customer accounts/contracts
  • Investigating late payment issues
  • Keeping internal stakeholders up to date with case progression
  • You will work closely with other departments across the Anord Mardix & Flex Group
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller

The experience were looking to add to our team:

  • Experience in credit control or a similar role for 2 years
  • Knowledge of credit management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills youre confident dealing with clients
  • Attention to detail
