We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead one of our boutiques in London. The ideal candidate is a strong retail leader with a solid fashion background, capable of driving business performance while delivering an elevated and customer‑centric in‑store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve commercial targets and operational excellence
- Drive sales performance through KPI management (Sales, Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, CRM)
- Ensure outstanding customer experience and high-level clienteling activities
- Monitor and optimize store operations, productivity and visual standards
- Collaborate with Head Office and cross‑functional teams to implement retail initiatives
- Build a strong performance culture focused on accountability, engagement and execution

Requirements
- Previous experience as Store Manager within premium or contemporary fashion retail
- Strong leadership and people management skills
