Trainee Scaffolder (Entry-Level) \\n\\nLeeds\\n\\nExpected Starting Salary: £28,000\\n\\nFull time\\n\\nAre you ready to build a hands-on career with real prospects?\\n\\nWe are offering a full-time opportunity for a Trainee Scaffolder (Labourer) to join our team in Leeds.\\n\\nThis is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is ready to learn and commit to a skilled trade.\\n\\nFor the right person, it is the first step on a long-term career path in scaffolding with structured training, a clear progression route, and full support along the way.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs a Trainee Scaffolder, you will start by supporting our team on site with general labouring tasks while you learn the trade from the ground up.\\n\\nYou will gain hands-on experience with the Layher system scaffold, working alongside experienced scaffolders who’ll show you the ropes.\\n\\nTypical duties include:\\n\\nAssisting scaffolders on-site with loading/unloading Layher equipment\\nKeeping the work area tidy, organised, and safe\\nLearning the key components of the Layher system scaffold\\nFollowing instructions and site safety protocols\\nWorking outdoors in all weather conditions\\nTraining & Career Progression\\n\\nThis isn’t just a labouring job, it’s your gateway to a skilled trade career.\\n\\nYou’ll start with the Layher BASE qualification as soon as possible (an industry-recognised introduction to safe Layher system use).
