TIG Welders will have some of the following experience:
- Ability to carry out high-quality stainless steel and aluminium TIG welding.
- Willingness to learn and develop advanced welding and fabrication skills.
- Experience with fabrication, assembly and finishing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to liaise with designers to ensure work is completed accurately.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to work independently while consistently achieving quality standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in stainless steel and aluminium fabrication.
- Experience in aerospace, pharmaceutical, or precision fabrication environments.
