Talent Acquisition Advisor/s

A well-established and nationally recognised construction company is strengthening its recruitment function and is seeking proactive, people-focused Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our team.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment support across all areas of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced team where your contributions will directly impact our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Youll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and deliver effective, timely hiring solutions. Youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting compelling job adverts to sourcing, conducting telephone screenings, arranging interviews and offer management, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every step.

Additionally, you will;

  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the process
  • Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and up to date
  • Report on recruitment activity and metrics to the Recruitment Manager
  • Support employer brand initiatives and attend job fairs and industry events as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive sourcing mindset with experience using other platforms
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple roles at once
  • Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills
