An established specialist horticultural services business is seeking two experienced horticultural professionals to join its growing team covering customer sites across South West London.

We are looking for individuals with experience in either interior plant maintenance, exterior horticulture, landscaping, or seasonal displays.

This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of plant installations, maintenance programmes, and service delivery across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

The role will involve

  • Taking responsibility for the upkeep and presentation of a portfolio of plant installations across commercial locations.
  • Delivering high standards of horticultural care to ensure displays remain healthy, vibrant and visually impactful.
  • Coordinating enhancement works, refurbishments and the introduction of new planting features throughout the year.
  • Managing materials, equipment and plant stock to support efficient service delivery.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing advice and resolving queries in a professional manner.
  • Planning and organising workloads to ensure service schedules and project deadlines are achieved.
  • Supporting the successful delivery of larger-scale planting and environmental improvement projects.
  • Promoting safe working practices and maintaining compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Contributing ideas and recommendations that improve service standards, customer satisfaction and operational performance.

We are looking for candidates with

  • A background in horticulture, landscaping, environmental services, grounds maintenance or a similar field-based industry.
  • A sound understanding of plant care, plant identification and seasonal maintenance requirements.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience of overseeing projects, coordinating work activities or supporting operational delivery.

Desirable

  • RHS Level 2, NVQ, City & Guilds or an equivalent horticultural qualification.
  • Experience working within a commercial horticultural or facilities services environment.
  • Knowledge of interior planting, living walls, seasonal displays or exterior landscaping schemes.
  • Experience supervising colleagues, mentoring team members or leading site-based projects.
  • Familiarity with stock control, procurement or plant production environments.
  • Health & Safety qualifications such as IOSH Working Safely or equivalent.
