The Role
As our Event Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of all events at the restaurant. This is a fully on-site role, with your schedule spread across the week to align with our business needs. Your presence at every event will be essential to guarantee its success and exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, creating tailored experiences.
- Plan and coordinate all event details, including menus, setup, staffing, and timelines.
- Lead the team during events to deliver exceptional service and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and guests during events.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
