  • Supporting the design and optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys, contributing to the evolution and adoption of the design system.
  • Using data, user insight, and performance metrics to inform design decisions, partnering with SEO, Marketing, and analytics teams to identify opportunities and support A/B testing and iterative optimisation.
  • Focusing on improving engagement, clarity, and conversion across digital journeys.
  • Running and contributing to design studios and stakeholder workshops, working closely with UX researchers, developers, and content specialists to deliver joined-up, consistent experiences.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
  • Ensuring all content and UI aligns with brand, tone of voice, accessibility, and UX standards, carrying out quality checks for responsiveness and visual integrity.
  • Maintaining and supporting Figma libraries and design documentation, monitoring component usage to ensure consistency and governance across journeys.
