- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the UK (PQS or Contractor side)
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, cost management & procurement
- Chartered or working towards MRICS status

- Full UK driving licence & eligible to work in the UK
