We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the construction of a private house of 1700m2 from scratch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction project, from initiation to execution and completion.
  • Plan, direct and manage the project, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule.
  • Handle the preparation and review of project bids and the negotiation and management of subcontractor contracts.
  • Ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
  • Execute the control and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including the client, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors, in order to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources and manage budgets.

Requirements and skills:

  • Education in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a construction project manager, especially on projects of the same size.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
