Suche nach einem profitablen und wachsenden Unternehmen mit Umsatz zwischen 10 und 50 Mio. EUR in der DACH-Region (Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz) für einen Management-Buy-In. Hinter dem Vorhaben steht eine Gruppe von Unternehmern und Family Offices. Der erfolgreiche Kandidat wird eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Suche und dem Erwerb eines attraktiven Unternehmens innerhalb unserer Fokusbranchen spielen.
Der Praktikant wird praktische Erfahrungen bei der Bewertung von Unternehmen, Branchen und Märkten sammeln und während des gesamten Such- und Akquisitionsprozesses eng mit dem Geschäftsführer / Managing Director und anderen Praktikanten zusammenarbeiten.
Marktforschung und -analyse: Durchführung von Branchenrecherchen zur Identifizierung potenzieller Märkte und Übernahmeziele. Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbslandschaften und Wachstumschancen.
Bewertung von Unternehmen: Durchführung von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen bei potenziellen Übernahmezielen. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und Bewertungsanalysen.
Kontaktaufnahme und Beziehungsmanagement: Kontaktaufnahme mit Brokern, Branchenverbänden und anderen Interessengruppen, um potenzielle Akquisitionsmöglichkeiten ausfindig zu machen. Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen.
Administrative Unterstützung: Führen von CRM-Datenbanken. Vorbereitung von Agendas für Besprechungen und Anfertigung detaillierter Notizen der Besprechungen.
Ausbildung: Abgeschlossener Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Volkswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Analyse, Finanzmodellierung und Problemlösung. Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten. Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit und zur Zusammenarbeit in einem Teamumfeld. Beherrschung der Microsoft Office Suite, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzanalyse, Marktforschung oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion ist von Vorteil.
