Location: Regional across the North West

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced, organised and professional Facilities Manager to oversee and lead our FM team for both hard and soft services at our prestigious client sites across the North West. You will take the lead in providing Facilities Management at our well-known client facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day operation on the ground
  • Coordinating the hard and soft services for the facility
  • Managing the teams on site
  • Ensuring the health and safety of the site with experience on compliance rules

The Facilities Manager will accurately and efficiently coordinate the onsite services as per IFM requirements, compliance expectations and guidelines, and will report to the Regional Account Manager. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for liaising closely with the client and other stakeholders regarding day-to-day matters.
