We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content & UI Designer to join our Digital Experience team at LV=. Working closely with our UX, Marketing, and development teams, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering optimised journeys across our digital platforms. You will take ownership of UI design and content building within agreed journeys and projects, from concept through to delivery and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and optimising clear, user-centred content for digital journeys, applying content hierarchy, readability, and UX best practice to improve user understanding and flow.
- Translating business and user needs into effective page structures, layouts, and scalable UI patterns.
- Designing and adapting reusable components within design systems (Figma and CMS), using existing templates and proposing enhancements to improve journeys.
- Supporting the design and optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys, contributing to the evolution and adoption of the design system.
- Using data, user insight, and performance metrics to inform design decisions, partnering with SEO, Marketing, and analytics teams to identify opportunities and support A/B testing and iterative optimisation.
- Focusing on improving engagement, clarity, and conversion across digital journeys.
- Running and contributing to design studios and stakeholder workshops, working closely with UX researchers, developers, and content specialists to deliver joined-up, consistent experiences.
- Participating in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
- Ensuring all content and UI aligns with brand, tone of voice, accessibility, and UX standards, carrying out quality checks for responsiveness and visual integrity.
- Maintaining and supporting Figma libraries and design documentation, monitoring component usage to ensure consistency and governance across journeys.
About You:
- Have proven experience in content design, digital content editing, or UX/content roles.
- Demonstrate strong experience of working with CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Word Press).
- Be proficient in Figma (or similar) for layout and component design.
- Understand UX principles, content hierarchy, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Have experience of creating user-focused, conversion-driven content.
- Be able to translate requirements into clear, structured digital experiences.
- Possess strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Have strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Showcase clear experience of working within design systems and reusable component frameworks.
- Have exposure to SEO, GEO, and digital performance metrics.
- Be able to work in agile delivery environments.
- Understand AI and the impact on the future of content.
